I’ve found that if I leave fruit out in a berry bowl on the counter, my family actually eats it. Rinse your berries, cherries, grapes or cherry tomatoes right in the bowl, and the water drains away through the holes in the bottom.
The air that flows up from underneath helps keep fruit fresh longer, and the matching plate catches any drips. You can even store your berries in the fridge in it. I paint each one by hand in my studio in Thornhill, Ontario.
