Shipping policy

Every piece is painted to order, so please allow 10 business days before your order ships. If there are any delays, I'll contact you. If you need your order sooner, just reach out and I'll always do my best to make it work.

Shipping rates (Canada only)
Ontario: $15 CAD, free on orders of $125 or more
Rest of Canada: $25 CAD
Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut: $45 CAD

The free shipping option appears at checkout once your Ontario order reaches $125.

Local pick-up is also available at checkout.

Outside Canada
Online orders are currently for Canada only. If you're outside Canada, please contact me at tammyheyman@rogers.com and I'll let you know what's possible. For US orders, tariffs may apply and are payable to the shipping carrier.

Breakage
I take great care in packing every piece. If it arrives broken, please contact me within 24 hours and I'll replace it. tammyheyman@rogers.com
